Every year, at the beginning of the harvest, millstones from olive presses start their work without any breaks. The stone millstone “Colombina”, rotating around the “pilla” will bring to life the miracle of oil birth. “GALATEO” creates the extra virgin oil “MARETIMO”, obtained from the simple squeeze of accurately chosen healthy olives. It’s a great virgin oil, with a full and lively taste and with intense golden color. It is not filtrated but only subject to periodic pouring; a residual veil covering the bottle bottom denotes authenticity.
